I am not competing with Beyonce

Jennifer Lopez has admitted that she doesn't feel that she is in competition with other female popstars.

The 40-year-old singer, who released her first album in 1999, also said that she will not change herself because of younger artists.

Speaking to You, Lopez said: "I love all the girls out there now - Beyonce, Rihanna, Carrie Underwood, Pink - all of them. I don't feel in competition with them.

"I just want to be me. And that's always been good enough."
