Heidi Klum's booger makes kids laugh, seriously!

LOS ANGELES: Heidi Klum's new TV show is all about kids being funny, but the former Victoria's Secret supermodel and "Project Runway" host says she is just as happy making a fool of herself.

In fact, the German beauty told television writers on Friday that she placed a giant fake booger up her nose on her upcoming show "Seriously Funny Kids" -- just to see how kids would react.

"Seriously Funny Kids" features Klum getting cute answers from small kids to grown-up questions, along the lines of 1990s TV show "Kids Say the Darndest Things".

Klum, 37, who has four children of her own and is married to the singer Seal, said that in one episode she faked an onslaught of massive sneezing.

"I had a gigantic snot fit," she said. "We had all these different boogers we had to choose from. The kids are looking at me and they don't know what to do. They can't believe what I have coming out of my nose!

"In terms of me making a goof out of myself? I'm not worried about that," Klum said.

She said one youngster sent her to a parent-teacher meeting dressed in fishnet stockings, high heels and purple hat.

The new series, which makes it debut on the Lifetime TV network on February 1, is the latest media venture for Klum, who ended her contract as a Victoria's Secret lingerie model in September after 13 years.

She recently launched an active wear line, designed two maternity collections, and lent her name to a range of age prevention creams, but remains host of fashion design contest "Project Runway."

Heidi Klum reveals Halloween excitement

Heidi Klum has shared some details about how her family is celebrating Halloween this year.
During an appearance on yesterday's Jimmy Kimmel Live, the Project Runway host said that she loved decorating the family house for October 31 and taking her children to the pumpkin patch.

"I decorate the whole entire house with spider webs all over the place," she explained. "We have these scary skeleton dudes hanging by the door that have sensors so every time you go by... I get scared because I forget sometimes and you walk past and they say, 'Woooo!'"
The supermodel went on to joke that the family had about 50 pumpkins because each of her four children with Seal got to choose their own, adding that instead of carving the pumpkins the children decorate them on the outside.

She remained mum on what she plans to wear this year, but said that while she hasn't chosen a costume for daughter Lou, 1, yet, her older children will probably be "scary like witches", adding: "They love it, they love Halloween."

When asked if she gets to choose Seal's costume, she joked: "I help him. He tells me how far he wants to go. He's got more used to it now so he just goes with it which is good! Two thumbs up!"

Klum was on the show to promote the eighth season finale of Project Runway which airs across two episodes, with the first part showing this Thursday at 9/8c on Lifetime.

She’s always up for being host and last night (September 10) Heidi Klum hosted a party at Destination Maternity for Fashion’s Night Out in New York City.

The “Project Runway” beauty looked gorgeous in a black dress with a classic white bow belt as she posed for pictures before mingling among her guests.

Ms Klum has been involved in designing maternity clothes for lines such as A Pea in a Pod and Motherhood Maternity.

In other news, it was recently announced that Heidi is the new face of Coty make-up international brand. She will be involved in the design of product collections and will appear in upcoming print and TV campaigns.

Pregnant Heidi Klum stuck in her pant

German supermodel Heidi Klum was stuck in her pant when she was pregnant and her husband musician Seal Henry had to cut her pants with scissors to get her out.

The 36-year-old confessed that fashion can be painful.

"When you sit, the wrong pants can cut into your gut - not comfortable! Many times, my husband had to get big scissors at dinner and cut me out of my pants," quoted femalefirst.co.uk her as saying.

Heidi mother-of-four - who gave birth to daughter Lou last October has released her own range of maternity wear, Lavish and Loved, and many of the designs are inspired by her own pregnancy experiences.

"I had naturally learned a bunch of things being pregnant myself four times, and I incorporated a lot of what I would have liked to have into my designs," she added.

Heidi Klum comfortable being naked in front of parents

Supermodel Heidi Klum says she is so relaxed about nudity that she happily goes naked in front of her parents.

"I think it's because I grew up in a very easy-going family where my parents were always naked," dailymail.co.uk quoted her as saying.

"My parents are still naked. I mean, it's not like we're hippies and we run around naked, but if they happened to be in their room changing or something or someone comes out of the shower, they're not, like, 'Oh my God. No. Close the door'," she added.

The German beauty also revealed why she regularly renews her vows with her husband of six years, British singer Seal.

"He's very old-fashioned, my husband. He's very proper. We loved our wedding so much that we decided to do it every year, so that's what we do," she said.
