Winehouse 'paid £1m for New Year's Eve gig'

Amy Winehouse will reportedly be paid £1m to perform at a private party in Moscow on New Year's Eve.

According to The Sun, the star will sing for a Russian billionaire and his guests and is using the gig to prepare for her upcoming dates in Brazil.

A source said: "This is the strongest Amy has felt in a very long time.

"She is determined to go down in history as a world-class performer, not someone who ruined a spectacular talent through drugs. The long road back starts in Moscow. This is like a warm-up with a nice financial bonus."

Her spokesman added: "Amy is warming up for her Brazil dates. She's keen to perform in front of a live audience again."

Amy Winehouse splits with boyfriend?

Amy Winehouse has reportedly split with her boyfriend of four months Reg Traviss following claims that he was unfaithful.

According to The Sun the 'Love Is A Losing Game' singer ended her short relationship with the film director during a blazing row over his intimate meetings with burlesque dancer ex-girlfriend Raven Isis Holt.

A friend of Winehouse said: "She hasn't spoken to Reg since and she's told everyone that it's over. She's pretty cut up about it, she was serious about him. Amy is confused and vulnerable."

The 26-year-old star, who is a recovering alcoholic, has also allegedly been spotted crying in the London pub owned by her parents.

The paper additionally claimed that Winehouse has been bombarded with calls from ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil in the wake of her break-up.

Amy, Blake 'plan second honeymoon'

Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil are planning to take a second honeymoon in Cuba, a report has claimed.

The reunited couple will jet off together as soon as Fielder-Civil's court-ordered curfew is lifted, according to The Sun.

It is thought that the pair started plotting the romantic break after becoming fans of Cuban cigars.

A source said: "Smoking cigars is their new thing. It all started when Amy bought a pack of Romeo y Julieta for Blake, because she thinks they're also tragic lovers.

"Amy and Blake have been spending their time reading up on the history and the culture behind them. Amy, in particular, followed up their origin, in Cuba.

"She thinks there's a kind of romance to it and would love to go there with Blake. She wants to go away to celebrate them being back together properly. It will be their second honeymoon. As soon as his curfew allows, they'll be off."

Winehouse divorced Fielder-Civil last summer, but they have since been tipped to re-marry after apparently sorting out their differences.
