The model, who is married to cage fighter Alex Reid, allegedly spends most of her time locked away in her secluded £2m mansion in West Sussex. Neighbours say that they are yet to see the star, according to the Daily Star Sunday.
A former friend said : "At the moment Katie just seems to be pushing all her old pals away.
"After her wedding in the summer she fell out with her beautician Julie Coates after she accused her of selling stories to the press.
"Apart from falling out with Julie Coates, her close pal Gary Cockerill is away promoting his book. Gary is another close confidante she is having to do without at the moment."
Price recently complained that the paparazzi treat her like an "animal".
