Jennifer Lopez was dumped today by her record label, Sony Music Group, as a result of the poor performance of her song Louboutins.
Even though she was in the middle of launching a new CD, Sony Music decided to give the big booty singer the err... boot, leaving her last musical venture in a limbo.
J-Lo has not issued a statement or made any comments, but her manager told Pink Is The New Blog this morning: "Jennifer had a wonderful relationship with the Sony Music group, and they have shared many successes together, but the time was right to make a change that best serves the direction her career as an actress and recording artist. She is grateful and appreciative to everyone Sony for all that they accomplished together."
