Konkona Sen Sharma is to appear in a new project which is being touted as Bollywood's first erotic film.
According to The Times of India, the recently-married actress will feature as one of the leads in the Vinay Shukla movie.
The director told the newspaper: "Mirch is India's first film in the erotic genre. Yet the beauty lies in the fact that it is not a titillating film."
The production reportedly presents five parallel tracks based around the theme of adultery.
"There are multiple narratives running in the film but all are interconnected to seem like an organic whole," said the filmmaker.
The Page 3 star is joined by Ila Arun, as well as Shreyas Talpade, Shahana Goswami, Raima Sen, Mahi Gill and Rajpal Yadav, in the multi-starrer.
Melissa Rycroft 'has no pregnancy cravings'
Melissa Rycroft has declared that she has had no cravings for odd foods since becoming pregnant.
Speaking to Celebrity Baby Scoop, Rycroft expressed relief that she has thus far avoided the desire for strange food combinations that many expecting mothers experience.
"I have no cravings. I have no aversions. I've gotten away from all that," she said.
The reality star added: "I've heard that I got lucky that I don't have to fight the urge for sweets that most people crave when they're pregnant."
The former Bachelor star further explained that she has been able to maintain the diet that she followed before her pregnancy.
"I just got really lucky that my body's really not craving anything so I'm not having… to fight cakes, cookies, and cupcakes, and midnight runs to the fast food stores down the street.
"I've basically been able to eat the way that I ate pre-pregnancy, and just stayed healthy and worked out as much as possible, which is not a whole lot right now. I think if I had been having cravings it would have been a whole different situation."
Rycroft and husband Tye Strickland are expecting their first child in February.
